Epicas Lieder Martyr of the Free Word, Unleashed, die Power-Ballade Tides of Time oder das unvergessliche Epos Design Your Universe haben sich längst ihren Platz im Thronsaal des Symphonic Metal verdient. 10 Jahre später mischen Epica ihre Platte neu ab, verwandeln einige ihrer Hits in Akustikversionen und geben unvergesslichen Songs einen modernen Touch. 2023 stehen Epica mit Apocalyptica gemeinsam auf der Bühne und liefern ein Feuerwerk des Symphonic Metal.
Apocalyptica kann man in keine Genre-Box stecken – die finnischen Musiker übertragen Metal-Musik auf klassische Instrumente und spielen ihre Cellos virtuos. Apocalyptica macht Musik mit Anspruch: Das beginnt bei der Vermischung von Metal und Klassik und setzt sich fort in Liedern, die das Kopfkino des Hörers zum Glühen bringen. Mit Cell-0, ihrem 9. und rein instrumentalen Studioalbum, ist das Quartett nicht nur zu seinen Wurzeln zurückgekehrt, sondern sie sind tiefer und weiter in das Universum der Instrumentalmusik gereist als je zuvor.
Am Freitag, 17. März 2023 verwandeln sie das Kopfkino in ein einzigartiges Live-Erlebnis im Komplex 457 in Zürich.

“We are very sorry to inform you that we have been forced to postpone our European tour with Apocalyptica and Wheel once again. Even though in some countries shows of this size are allowed again, it is too early to do a full European tour with such a large production and travel party which would be performing in over 15 different countries. Our patience is put to the test as we really want to get back on the road to perform in front of our fans, but we want to be sure that everyone is safe and can enjoy the shows the right way.
