Es freut uns, euch mitzuteilen, dass YES neu am Donnerstag, 09. Mai 2024 im Kongresshaus Zürich stattfinden wird. Leider bedeutet das ein erneuter Umtausch sämtlicher Sitzplatztickets. Bitte beachtet darum die Informationen hier unten.
GANZ WICHTIG! Damit die Tickets am neuen Ort gültig sind, müsst ihr uns eure alten Tickets bis am 19.01.2024 zusenden, damit wir diese in ein neues Ticket umwandeln können. Folgende Tickets sind von diesem Umtausch betroffen:
- 05.2020 im Volkshaus
- 04.2021 im Volkshaus
- 05.2022 im Kongresshaus Zürich
- 05.2023 in The Hall Zürich
Die alten Sitzplätze werden für das neue Datum und dem neuen Ort NICHT gültig sein.
Umtausch von Hard-/Fan-/Mobile- oder Print@Home Tickets:
- PDF/Foto von Hardticket, Fanticket, Print@Home Ticket oder Screenshot des Mobile Tickets mit Angabe deiner vollständigen Adresse per Mail an Good News ticket@goodnews.ch
- Nach Erhalt des Mails wird das Ticket in ein neues umgewandelt und als Print@Home Ticket per Mail gesendet.
- Es wird nach Möglichkeit ein neuer Sitzplatz in der gleichen Kategorie zugeteilt.
Bei nach dem 19.01.2024 für den Eintausch eingesendeten Tickets kann nicht garantiert werden, dass der Umtausch in derselben Kategorie stattfindet. Im Falle einer Umplatzierung in eine tiefere Kategorie entfällt der Anspruch auf eine Rückzahlung der Differenz.

We are excited to announce that YES will be playing at the Kongresshaus Zurich on May 09, 2024. Unfortunately, we need to exchange all tickets again due to the new venue. Please read the instructions below very carefully and follow them:
VERY IMPORTANT! To ensure that all tickets will be valid for the new date and venue, please send in your tickets until 19.01.2024! Tickets of the following shows need to be exchanged:
- 05.2020 at Volkshaus
- 04.2021 at Volkshaus
- 05.2022 at Kongresshaus Zurich
- 05.2023 at The Hall Zurich
All previous tickets willl NOT be valid at the Kongresshaus Zurich on May 09, 2024.
Exchange of Hard- / fan- / mobil or Print@home tickets:
- Scan or image of hard ticket, fan ticket, print@home ticket or Screenshot of mobile ticket with your full name and address via mail to Good News ticket@goodnews.ch
- Your new ticket will be returned as a print@home ticket via mail.
- If possible, a new seat in the same category will be allocated
All tickets returned after 19.01.2024 may not be exchanged for a new ticket in the equal seating category. In the event of a transfer to a lower category, there is no claim to repayment of the difference.
